How Youll Get Leads
- Warm leads provided through company marketing and lead-generation partners
- Walk-in showroom traffic

What Youll Do
- Meet with homeowners to discuss kitchen remodeling projects
- Conduct in-home consultations and showroom appointments
- Build trust with clients by understanding their goals, budget, and vision
- Present solutions across our full range of services including:
- Cabinet Painting
- Cabinet Refacing
- Redooring
- New Cabinets
- Countertops
- Kitchen Tune-Ups and Accessories
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and sales presentations
- Utilize basic design software such as SketchUp or similar programs (training provided)
- Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process
- Confidently ask for the sale and close projects professionally
- Coordinate project details with our office and installation teams
- Attend networking events and represent the company in the community
- Perform final project walkthroughs to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Comfortable discussing home improvement or construction-related projects with homeowners
- Basic understanding of remodeling, cabinetry, carpentry, construction materials, or residential renovations
- Ability to read measurements and understand layouts/design concepts
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through abilities
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Professional demeanor suitable for working inside clients homes
- Comfortable working evenings or weekends as needed for appointments
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in:
- Home improvement sales
- Kitchen and bath remodeling
- Construction sales
- Flooring, cabinetry, windows, roofing, or similar industries
- Proven track record in sales and closing deals
- Experience with estimating, quoting, or project consultation preferred
- Familiarity with design software is a plus
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
