About the Job

The Relocation Guide is crucial in facilitating smooth transitions for MedPro healthcare professionals relocating to new locations. This role involves providing detailed information, coordinating logistics, and offering support throughout the relocation journey. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a deep understanding of the relocation process.


What You’ll Do

  • Conduct initial pre-deployment call with healthcare professional to assess their relocation needs and preferences. Provide tailored advice on various aspects of relocation, including housing, schools, and local services.
  • Develop and implement personalized relocation plans, outlining key steps and timelines.
  • Provide healthcare professional with resources and recommendations to help them acclimate to their new environment.
  • Booking flights and hotels for healthcare professionals while being cost conscious.
  • Address healthcare professional inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Process and arrange all local transportation for our healthcare professional while in orientation.
  • Follow up with healthcare professional and process all reimbursements for travel expenses.
  • Review dashboard daily to assess workload and prioritize.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required
  • Excellent customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in a professional office environment preferred.
  • Experience working independently but contributing within a team environment.

  • Working knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.
  • Professional level written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work productively both independently and as an integral member of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in regulations.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability and capacity to successfully prioritize multiple responsibilities and competing priorities.
  • Effectively plan all daily activities to maximize productivity. Utilize reports, dashboards, and views to organize and prioritize activities.
  • Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication. Utilizes proper etiquette in telephone and electronic mail communications.
  • Demonstrates ability to perform work in an accurate and timely manner during periods of increased workload and high stress.

Compensation

  • $21/Hr plus 10% Bonus
  • Weekly Pay
  • Weekly Company-Wide Raffles based on production
