Lead OnBase Developer
Location(s): Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Dallas
Type: W2 contract
Schedule: Onsite M-F
Rate: $70/hr
This position plays a lead role in architecting, developing, and optimizing enterprise content management (ECM) solutions on the Hyland OnBase platform. In addition to hands?on development, the team is looking for someone who enjoys being people?focused, can communicate effectively across business and technical groups, and is comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading solution architecture for complex WorkFlow designs, WorkView applications, and Unity Forms
- Developing and maintaining custom solutions using C#.NET (Unity API) and JavaScript
- Overseeing integrations between OnBase and external systems via APIs, web services, and middleware
- Managing the overall health of the OnBase environment, including version upgrades (Foundation 22 to 24+) and infrastructure optimization
- Providing technical leadership, governance, and cross?functional collaboration
Must?have skills:
- Strong hands?on experience with Hyland OnBase in a lead or senior capacity
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and SQL (MS SQL Server)
- Experience working with Informatica
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non?technical audiences
Nice to have:
- Mentoring junior developers and performing peer code reviews
- Establishing coding standards and best practices
- Experience with infrastructure optimization
