Position Overview

We are seeking a caring and attentive Infant Childcare Teacher to support the daily care and early development of infants in a nurturing childcare environment.

The ideal candidate understands the importance of patience, consistency, and close supervision when caring for young children and is committed to creating a comfortable environment where infants feel safe and supported.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive supervision and individualized care for infants
• Follow established routines for feeding, diapering, naps, and other daily needs
• Respond to infants' cues and provide comfort when needed
• Engage infants in simple activities that encourage sensory exploration and early development
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized classroom
• Monitor infants' health, safety, behavior, and overall well-being
• Complete required daily care records and documentation
• Communicate professionally with parents and guardians
• Prepare and maintain classroom materials and supplies
• Follow all applicable health, safety, childcare, and licensing procedures
• Work collaboratively with other childcare staff

Requirements

Qualifications

• CDA, TCC, Associate’s Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Previous infant childcare teaching experience preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must successfully complete all required background checks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
