✨ Now Hiring: Community Manager – Shreveport, LA ✨
Compensation: $55k + Bonus (Total earning potential ~ $75k+)

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Community Manager to lead daily operations at our multifamily community in Shreveport. If you’re passionate about resident satisfaction, property performance, and building strong teams, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily community operations and resident relations
- Respond to resident inquiries, maintenance issues, and concerns
- Conduct tours, lease signings, renewals, and move-out inspections
- Manage occupancy goals, revenue targets, and financial reporting
- Coordinate maintenance, vendor work, and property inspections
- Enforce lease compliance and community policies
- Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain residents
- Lead and support onsite staff (leasing, maintenance, admin)
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
- Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with property management software
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed
- Experience with market-rate communities is a plus
