Description
Advantage Chevrolet of Hodgkins is growing and looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in automotive sales.
No prior automotive sales experience required, we provide training and ongoing support for the right candidates.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Present new and pre-owned Chevrolet vehicles and explain features and benefits
- Conduct test drives and assist customers throughout the sales process
- Build strong relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
- Follow up with customers via phone, text, and email
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM
- Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals
- Work collaboratively with management, finance, and service teams
Qualifications
- Sales, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as required
