LHH is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their national law firm client's dynamic legal team in Clayton, MO. This hybrid role offers a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility, ideal for a seasoned professional ready to make an impact in high-stakes litigation.
What You'll Do
- Manage all phases of litigation from case intake through trial preparation
- Coordinate expert witness engagement, including scheduling, communication, and documentation
- Maintain and update client extranets with case developments and communications
- Draft and file pleadings, disclosures, and legal motions
- Organize and manage trial exhibits, certified transcripts, and document productions
- Prepare trial notebooks and assist with trial logistics locally and nationally
Who You Are
- A litigation paralegal with 5+ years of defense experience, ideally in Asbestos, Toxic Tort or Products Liability
- Highly organized and capable of managing a large caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Willing and able to travel for trial support across various jurisdictions
- Proficient in legal document management systems and trial preparation tools
What We Offer
- Annual salary of $60,000 - $70,000
- Hybrid work schedule: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote
