NMS Health is seeking a Full Stack Developer with expertise in API integration to assist in the ongoing programming and development of our .NET client interface and other applications. The ideal candidate must have 8 years or more of full stack development experience and be proficient in the following technologies: C#, JavaScript, jQuery, and Microsoft SQL Server. This role includes establishing seamless integrations with an HR API, so proficiency in .NET, ASP.NET, and SQL is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain both back-end and front-end components of our applications.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
- Create and manage database schemas to support business processes.
- Develop and implement API integrations
- Ensure data integrity and consistency between the integrated systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues that arise.
- Document integration processes and maintain technical documentation.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and functionality of the integrations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years or more of full stack development experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS
- Proficiency in backend development, specifically Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong knowledge of .NET web framework
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with various design and architectural patterns.
- Experience with popular web application frameworks.
- Understanding of fundamental design principles for building scalable applications.
- Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with our team effectively.
Proficiency in the following is a plus:
- Front-end development
- Experience with bi-directional integration via REST services and third-party systems
- Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP web services
- Understanding of authentication methods such as OAuth and JWT
- Knowledge of data mapping and transformation techniques
