Key Responsibilities

• Support interconnection project planning, coordination, and execution
• Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
• Maintain project documentation and reporting
• Support technical analysis and engineering reviews
• Participate in project meetings and status updates
• Assist with regulatory compliance and permitting processes

Requirements

• 0-5 years of experience in project management or engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred
• Understanding of electrical systems and interconnection processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no alcohol/drug offenses in past 5 years)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
