Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Hands-On Repairs: Complete four or more creative on-site repairs daily
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent service in apartments, hotels, construction sites, and more
- Problem-Solving: Adapt to various materials and settings for custom repairs
- Attention to Detail: Accurately match colors and finishes for seamless results
- Technology Use: Log repair details into our CRM/dispatch tool
Who Thrives in This Role?
If you have experience with painting, sculpting, woodworking, drawing, or other visual arts, this job is for you! Color-matching skills are essential, as every repair requires a unique artistic touch. We will also train the right candidate!
What Were Looking For:
- Ability to see and replicate colors accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Facilities maintenance experience (a plus, but not required)
