What’s a typical day as Receptionist I? You’ll be:
- Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival, offering coffee or water, and maintaining a professional appearance
- Notifying staff of client arrivals and directing clients as needed
- Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls professionally, including managing multiple calls
- Directing mail, faxes, and deliveries to appropriate recipients
- Maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming reception areas and conference rooms
- Preparing and managing conference rooms for meetings
- Ordering office supplies and organizing materials for scanning
- Mailing client invoices and statements
- Ordering lunches for meetings and events, and sending invitations for firmwide events
- Monitoring building security, verifying identification, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining logs
- Providing administrative support to the Operations team, attorneys, and staff as needed
- Assisting with special projects and office-wide initiatives
- Reporting to the Operations Manager and performing other assigned duties

- Are comfortable working 100% onsite in Manchester, NH, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
- Possess prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferred but not required)
- Have proficiency with office equipment and basic computer skills
