Job DescriptionLandscape Maintenance TechnicianPay: $20/hr Snow Removal Pay: Additional $6/hr Schedule: Monday–Thursday, Fridays as needed; 7:30 AM until work is complete. Hours vary by season and daylight. No night work except for snow removal. Job Duties:

<li>Mowing, trimming, weed control, pruning, edging, and mulching</li>
<li>Spring and fall cleanups</li>
<li>Snow removal</li>
<li>Other landscaping duties as needed</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Landscaping experience preferred</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record</li>
<li>Pass a drug screen</li>
<li>Ability to work year-round</li>
<li>Potential for full-time hire after contract period</li>
</ul>
Dress Code/PPE:
<ul>
<li>Leather work boots required—no tennis shoes, high tops, Crocs, or sandals</li>
<li>Shirt with sleeves and khaki pants</li>
<li>PPE provided: safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection</li>
</ul>
Attendance: During the 90-day probationary period, 2 unexcused absences—including same-day call-offs, late arrivals, or leaving early without approval—may result in termination.
