Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Location

Orlando, FL. This role is primarily in-office in a modern downtown setting, with flexibility for a hybrid schedule (1–2 days per week) after a successful 90-day onboarding period.


Note

This role requires prior hands-on experience as a transactional real estate paralegal supporting attorneys on commercial or complex real estate matters.

Job Description

  • Support attorneys in commercial and transactional real estate matters from start to finish
  • Conduct and review title, survey, UCC, lien, and zoning searches
  • Draft, revise, and organize purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents
  • Manage due diligence materials, transaction checklists, and critical deadlines
  • Coordinate with clients, title companies, lenders, and governmental agencies
  • Prepare closing binders, record documents, and assist with real estate closings
  • Maintain organized transaction files and perform related legal research as needed


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a transactional real estate paralegal
  • Experience supporting multiple attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
