Location
Orlando, FL. This role is primarily in-office in a modern downtown setting, with flexibility for a hybrid schedule (1–2 days per week) after a successful 90-day onboarding period.
Note
This role requires prior hands-on experience as a transactional real estate paralegal supporting attorneys on commercial or complex real estate matters.

Job Description
- Support attorneys in commercial and transactional real estate matters from start to finish
- Conduct and review title, survey, UCC, lien, and zoning searches
- Draft, revise, and organize purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents
- Manage due diligence materials, transaction checklists, and critical deadlines
- Coordinate with clients, title companies, lenders, and governmental agencies
- Prepare closing binders, record documents, and assist with real estate closings
- Maintain organized transaction files and perform related legal research as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a transactional real estate paralegal
- Experience supporting multiple attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
