Automotive Parts Counter Salesperson

We’re looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused Automotive Retail Counter Salesperson to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers and answer phone inquiries regarding automotive parts and accessories
- Identify the correct parts for customer needs using parts software, catalogs, inventory systems, and product knowledge
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, promotions, and store inventory
- Restock shelves, maintain product displays, and ensure a clean and organized sales area
- Work closely with the warehouse and delivery teams to fulfill customer orders
- Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships and ensure repeat business
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in automotive parts sales or a strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components, MOPAR highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some Saturday hours

- Competitive salary ($16,000 to $18,000 annually) and commission opportunities can total $36,000 to $42,000 annually
