Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Help Desk Support specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Murray, Utah. Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 1 technical support to resolve hardware and software issues for on-site and remote users.
• Troubleshoot and perform break/fix services for end-user devices and systems.
• Assist with deploying and managing Intune configurations to ensure efficient device management.
• Offer support and guidance during the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
• Maintain and update documentation related to IT processes and user support.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to address escalated technical challenges.
• Ensure timely response and resolution of help desk tickets.
• Conduct basic training for users on new systems and software as needed.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance support capabilities.• Proven experience in a Help Desk or IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with Intune deployment and device management.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Ability to manage and support Windows 11 environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
