Real Estate Sales Agent Opportunity – Lakeland & Surrounding Central Florida

Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Meet with qualified buyers and sellers on scheduled appointments
- Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations
- Build trust and guide clients through real estate transactions
- Follow proven sales and follow-up systems
- Convert appointments into signed agreements
- Deliver high-level service throughout the transaction process
- Participate in coaching and training to improve performance
Qualifications:
This role is best suited for agents who are:
- Licensed Florida Real Estate Agents (required)
- Motivated to increase income and production
- Comfortable meeting with clients and having real conversations
- Coachable and open to following proven systems
- Professional, consistent, and results-driven
- Looking for structure, support, and opportunity
