Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a law firm in Spokane to hire a Legal Records Assistant This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient office operations through records management, facilities support, and client-facing services. The firm is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to providing exceptional service to both attorneys and clients.
Responsibilities:

Manage records and files, including creating, updating, archiving, and coordinating offsite storage

Provide general office support such as copying, scanning, binding, mail/package delivery, and messenger services

Serve as backup at reception, handling calls and greeting visitors professionally

Assist with conference room and event readiness, including meeting setup, cleanup, and food/beverage service

Maintain and organize shared spaces (kitchens, conference rooms, vacant offices) and restock supplies as needed

Troubleshoot basic office equipment issues and coordinate with vendors when necessary

Collaborate with colleagues across offices to ensure consistency in records and support functions

Perform additional administrative and facilities tasks as assigned
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office environment; law firm or professional services experience preferred

High school diploma required; additional training or certifications are a plus

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook; familiarity with Windows OS, Chrome/Firefox, and general office software

Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities

Ability to stay organized, manage competing priorities, and work efficiently under time constraints

Reliable attendance and responsiveness with a proactive, team-oriented mindset

Capable of troubleshooting basic office equipment issues and escalating when necessary

Pay Details: $46,000.00 to $56,000.00 per year
