We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for professionals experienced with creative software and digital design tools. This role supports a high-priority AI data collection initiative focused on improving how advanced AI systems understand complex software interfaces and real-world creative workflows.

Experts will generate high-quality training data by recording creative software workflows and annotating interface elements. These datasets will help AI systems better understand how designers, artists, and creators interact with professional creative tools.

Key Responsibilities

Record screen sessions demonstrating real workflows in creative and design software
Provide clear verbal narration explaining each step during recorded workflows
Annotate screenshots by drawing precise bounding boxes around relevant interface elements
Follow staging instructions to recreate specific software interface states prior to recording
Use specialized capture tools to record workflows accurately and consistently
Follow detailed task guidelines to ensure high data quality and usability
Ensure annotations and recordings accurately represent real creative software workflows

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have familiarity with creative tools such as:

Blender
GIMP
Inkscape
Godot Engine
LMMS (Linux MultiMedia Studio)
Shotcut
Penpot
Wings 3D

MacOS creative utilities such as Audio MIDI Setup, Digital Color Meter, Freeform, or Font Book may also be relevant.

Additional qualities include:

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured instructions
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience documenting or demonstrating creative software workflows

Technical requirements:

Access to a physical Mac computer
Ability to create a fresh macOS user profile if required
Strong English communication skills

Nice-to-Have Experience

Prior experience with data collection, annotation, or QA workflows
Experience recording or documenting software workflows
Familiarity with structured data labeling environments
