Job Description
As our client continue building a secure and scalable operational foundation, they are looking to bring on a seasoned Zuora Administrator to help support the launch of their Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue products in February. In this fast-paced, enterprise-scale environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring internal teams can function efficiently with new tools and workflows, directly impacting external customers as well.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on technical experience as a Zuora Administrator working within Zuora's billing and revenue modules
- Experience resolving complex billing issues and supporting end-users. with Zuora deployments and integration
- Additional Zuora administration experience – adding users, configurations, importing data, managing billings operations (bill runs), report revisions
- Extensive Enterprise experience participating in Agile delivery — update Jira tickets, attend stand-ups, and support sprint objectives
- Excellent communication skills w/ ability to collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, leadership to ensure project success
Preferred Skills:
- Fintech or Payments industry experience
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our client's billing system
- Set up product catalogs, pricing, plans, and billing rules within Zuora
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Connect Zuora with other critical systems such as Salesforce
- Import/export data, ensuring data accuracy, and creating reports/dashboards
- Identifying system enhancements and optimizing workflows for better efficiency
- Ensuring adherence to financial and regulatory standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration, billing, or configuration issues in Zuora
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align Zuora functionality with business processes
