Established (20+ Years) Estate Planning & Tax Law Firm Seeking Attorney (LLM in Tax) in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
An established (20+ years), AV-Rated boutique law firm in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking an Attorney with an LLM in Taxation to join their team. The firm's seven attorneys and two CPAs focus on estate planning, trust and probate administration, and tax and business planning for high-net-worth individuals. This position is onsite from 8:30am - 5:30pm and offers the opportunity to develop significant experience in sophisticated estate and tax planning.

Base salary 120k-185k+ contingent on experience

Qualifications:
LLM in Taxation (required)
Strong academic background with demonstrated interest in estate, gift, and income tax planning
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Client-focused approach with professional interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate with attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, and high-net-worth clients
Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and implementation of comprehensive estate plans for high-net-worth families
Draft wills, trusts, and advanced estate planning documents tailored to each client
Conduct legal research on estate, gift, and income tax matters
Support senior attorneys in trust and probate administration, including asset transfers, beneficiary distributions, and tax compliance
Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionals to develop integrated planning strategies
Stay up to date on developments in state and federal tax law affecting wealth preservation
Communicate with clients in a professional and compassionate manner throughout the planning process
