IPS - ABBA Roller is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Room Clerk to join our team. This multifaceted role encompasses responsibilities across inventory control, shipping and receiving, materials handling, and stockroom operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely flow of materials, parts, and supplies—from receipt and storage to delivery to production or shipment. Duties include verifying and recording shipments, performing stockroom transactions using MRP systems, preparing items for shipment, and supporting order fulfillment and inventory accuracy. The role is critical to maintaining manufacturing schedules, meeting customer delivery expectations, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. This position requires adherence to all company policies and safety regulations, and plays a key part in our mission to deliver quality products on time.

Job Accountabilities
- Receive, stock, and disburse parts and materials; load and unload racks and trucks as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of received goods, inventory levels, and shipped product.
- Ensure stockroom inventory remains accurate at all times.
- Prepare customer parts for final shipment.
- Issue and distribute materials in inventory to production jobs in a timely manner.
- Investigate discrepancies in inventory data and recommend corrective actions.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to material issuance and Bill of Material issues.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or surpluses.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient stockroom and warehouse environment.
- Support the facility’s function and other departments as needed.
- Demonstrate and adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Specifications:
Education: A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations
Years’ Experience:
- 2 (plus) years of relevant experience within the manufacturing industry
- Forklift certification required
