Key Responsibilities
As a PCA with Caring Hands, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to foster a positive and nurturing environment.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health or behavior to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Supporting mobility and physical activity as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized living environment for clients.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar caregiving or personal care role.
- A compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow care plans effectively.
- A commitment to maintaining the dignity and respect of every client.
