Salary Range: $57,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Document all service activities, parts used, and customer interactions accurately.
• Manage service call schedules and travel logistics efficiently to meet customer needs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during service operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong electromechanical troubleshooting and repair skills, including PLCs and industrial controls.
• 2-5 years of field service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and technical explanation.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently to customer sites, often on short notice.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC programming experience (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley)
• Experience with advanced diagnostic tools (e.g., thermal imaging, vibration analysis)
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to international clients or diverse customer base
• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., GMP, ISO)
