Work as part of a collaborative, multidiscipline team in support of U.S. Government and provide technical expertise in the field of network engineering and VOIP. Possesses a mix of technical skills in networking (TCP/IP, QoS, LAN/WAN), VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, H.323), and platforms (Cisco, Asterisk, 3CX), alongside soft skills like problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting using tools like Wireshark for complex call routing, security (SBCs, TLS), and cloud integration to design, implement, and maintain voice systems.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong background designing and implementing Local and Wide Area Networks (LAN/WAN)
- Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP Networking
- Advanced experience with Voice and Video technologies (engineering vs implementation)
- Experience configuring and trouble-shooting LAN Switches, Routers, and Firewalls and VPN concentrators.
- TS/SCI with polygraph
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to convey technical designs, ideas and results to non-technical audiences and provide briefings to high-level government personnel.
- Experience in authoring documents (reports, briefings, etc,) to support customer missions.
- Demonstrated ability to apply the engineering design process to discover innovative methods to solve technical problems and meet client requirements.
