Fitzgerald Peterbilt currently employs over 150 employees throughout our various locations that include Huntsville, Birmingham, Gadsden, and Montgomery in Alabama, Bristol and Fancy Gap in Virginia and in Cookeville, Tennessee.
 
Job Description:
<ul>
<li>Communicate with technicians, service manager, and parts department in order to ensure repairs are completed</li>
<li>Schedule warranty appointments</li>
<li>Provide updates to customers about repair status, delays, etc.</li>
<li>Greet and write service customers up in a timely manner</li>
<li>Review repair orders and be able to accurately explain repairs to customers</li>
<li>Build warranty claims and be able to close the claims</li>
<li>Assist service advisors and service technicians</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Excellent customer service skills</li>
<li>Accurate, detail oriented, and able to track and follow up</li>
<li>Gather require documentation following guidelines</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Knowledge of automotive repairs</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal skills</li>
<li>Ability to multitask</li>
<li>Driven team player who is proactive in their work environment</li>
<li>Previous experience with trucking industry is a plus</li>
