We’re bringing a brand‑new, high‑tech manufacturing and logistics facility online—and we need experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians ready to support cutting‑edge automation from day one.
This is a mission‑critical role supporting advanced robotics, high‑speed conveyor systems, and automated packaging in a true 24/7 production environment. Your expertise will have a direct impact on equipment uptime, safety, and overall operational performance.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair robotic, mechanical, pneumatic, and automated conveyor systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize system reliability and uptime
- Install, optimize, and support automated packaging and material‑handling equipment (MHE)
- Provide hands‑on technical support during live operations and mentor junior technicians
- Maintain consistent performance in a high‑demand, round‑the‑clock facility
✅ Required — Ready to Contribute Day One
- 2+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience
- 2+ years working with MHE, automated conveyors, robotics, or industrial automation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Full open availability for rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays (required)
⭐ Highly Preferred Experience
- CMMS utilization
- Strong preventive maintenance practices
- In‑depth understanding of conveyor and automation systems
- Solid electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of controls, safety standards, and risk‑mitigation practices

🏭 Work Environment Expectations
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 12‑hour shifts
- Must maintain full flexibility for all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
