Job DescriptionPurpose/Overview:
We are in an urgent need for a Facilities project manager that has a deep background in electrical engineering/systems, plumbing to help us build-out and optimize costs at a new "clean room" or sterilized environment.

• Ideal candidate will be able to read plans and make recommendations for cost savings via strategic planning, materials and/or vendor negotiation.
• will need to have contruction project managementexperience (no PMI cert needed but it is a plus).
• Prior EE , plumbing and facilities experience is a must
