Compensation
$40 – $60 per hour, based on experience, diagnostic ability, and productivity.
We use a performance-based pay structure that rewards efficiency, skill, and consistency — the more you flag, the more you earn.
This is not a “sit and wait” flat-rate shop.
Work flows. Advisors sell. Systems are tight.
Top producers earn $120K+.
A-Level/Master technicians can reach $200K+.
There is no cap on earning potential.
