Salary: $23.00-$26.00 ph, DOE

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join an over 55+ community. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and executing service tickets, managing the physical assets, overseeing and creating a positive resident experience and working closely with property leaders and department heads.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Timely completion of service requests and make-ready apartments
• routine property inspections
• Keep maintenance shop organized and clean
• Review open and completed service requests
• Inspect landscaping/manage landscape contractor
• Maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Handle high and low voltage electrical systems

EXPERIENCE

• 2-4 years of proven experience as an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
• YARDI software experience
• Proficiency in English for effective communication
• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) preferred

Job Type: Temp-to-hire/ Full-time

Pay: From $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours/Schedule:

• 40 hours or more
• Extended hours
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Apartment or multi unit maintenance: 3-5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test and participate in Back Ground Check.
