Job DescriptionWe’re rapidly expanding and looking for a motivated listing agent who wants to take the next step in their sales career. The ideal candidate is a persuasive deal maker and passionate about building customer relationships. $80,000 - $120,000 at plan commission

Responsibilities:

• Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts
• Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed
• Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
• Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business
• Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing

Qualifications:

• Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills
• Possesses a real estate license
• Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information
• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
