Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning and scheduling activities
- Coordinate shipping schedules for all projects and track deliveries
- Assist in resolving customer concerns related to shipments and materials
- Perform order entry and maintain accurate project documentation
- Prepare and manage submittal packages, logs, procurement records, and delivery spreadsheets
- Follow up with manufacturers on ship schedules, submittals, and project updates
- Keep internal teams and external stakeholders informed of project scope, progress, and timelines
- Assist with general administrative and project-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma (required); additional education or coursework in business, administration, or project management a plus
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative, project coordination, or office support role (construction/electrical industry experience preferred but not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities
- Strong customer service and follow-through skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems
