Summary

Join our Infrastructure Network team as a Network Analyst and play a critical role in ensuring secure, reliable, and stable network communications across the business. The ideal candidate will be technically hands-on, thrive in a collaborative environment, and possess a strong foundation in networking practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support reliable day-to-day operations and high availability of WANs across multiple data centers and remote offices
  • Assist with installation, configuration, and lifecycle support for network hardware (switches, firewalls, wireless, servers)
  • Analyze network traffic and troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues
  • Conduct and support wireless site surveys and infrastructure maintenance
  • Monitor system capacity and recommend improvements for future growth
  • Use network management tools to implement, monitor, and optimize network connectivity
  • Enforce network security policies and maintain access controls
  • Maintain accurate network documentation as infrastructure changes
  • Support design, audit, and compliance efforts for network infrastructure
  • Manage and resolve incidents and requests through a ticketing system
  • Coordinate with vendors on cabling and equipment installation
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Active CCNA certification
  • Advanced skills in IP addressing and subnetting
  • Experience analyzing switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and servers
  • Proficiency with Layer 2 switching: MAC addresses, VLANs, trunks, and STP
  • Working knowledge of the OSI model, networking protocols, routing, and Layer 2 configuration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled at troubleshooting independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to set up physical network connectivity (cabling and SFP-based connections)
  • Creative thinking when diagnosing and resolving network challenges
