We are looking to add a Sales Representative to our team in the Augusta area!

THE ROLE - WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?!
The average compensation of our 16 sales reps is $100,000+. In fact, the last three sales reps that were hired hit this annual compensation within their first 2 years, or less, and we are confident with our 43 years of experience in the industry we can get you to this level too! The role includes taking appointments that have been fully confirmed that day by our inside sales group and bringing the new homeowner their water test results. The sales rep will perform a demonstration on how the new homeowner can remedy their hard water as well as get clean drinking water. We DO NOT utilize "hard sales tactics" but explain to new homeowners the benefits and economics of having soft, clean water. With our expertise, the closing rate is phenomenal!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Direct sales experience is a PLUS, but not required.
- Strong communication & organization skills.
- The ability to learn and implement UDI's sales program.
- Reliable and consistent.
COMPENSATION
- Weekly pay during training (8 weeks)
- Commissions & bonuses with the ability to have a weekly draw once training concludes.
