JOB TITLE: Systems Analyst DEPARTMENT: Information Technology
JOB RELATIONSHIPS:
Responsible to: Director of Information Technology
Responsible for: None
Interrelationships: Works cooperatively with all hospital departments
JOB SUMMARY:
Work directly with IT Director to complete tasks on a daily basis. Provide end user
support for desktops, laptops, telephones, or any other computer related devices.
Troubleshoot network issues as they arise. Call rotation shared equally.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred.
Education: Technical school in a computer related field or work experience equivalent to a 2 year technical school.

JOB DUTIES (This list may not include all of the duties assigned.)
1. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues on end users computers.
2. Troubleshoot network issues as they arise.
3. Install new software as needed. Train end users on how to use it.
4. Install cabling for both phone and network equipment including putting wires down
walls, attaching ends, and installing faceplates.
5. Troubleshoot phone issues.
6. Work with tech supports to make sure new parts are installed in a timely manner.
7. Ability to setup and unlock user accounts in Cerner.
8. Attend in-services and meetings as needed.
9. Provide after hour support for all hospital users.
10. Take call on a rotating basis.
