Pay Rate $25 - $30/hr (Based on Experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily resident care, support resident safety and dignity, and assist with staffing needs across units.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.

• Temporary License candidates are welcome.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to float between units/halls as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL care and assist residents with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and daily needs.

• Float between units and halls as needed to support staffing and resident-care needs.

• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to provide quality resident care.

• Document resident care and services accurately using PointClickCare (PCC).

• Follow facility policies, procedures, and individual care plans.

• Communicate resident needs, changes in condition, and concerns to nursing staff.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.
