Job DescriptionHIRING IMMEDIATELY: STOREROOM CLERK IN BELCAMP, MDAccurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Storeroom Clerk to join our team in Belcamp, Maryland. This individual will be responsible for ordering tooling and parts. Managing inventory levels and ordering other items / products needed for the plant in the most efficient way possible. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $30.03-$36.86 per hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Monday - Friday 7am-3pm
- Located in Belcamp, Maryland
Duties and Responsibilities
- Filing
- Maintain Storeroom Inventory
- Request price quotations for parts, tooling & supplies
- Contact service vendors for repairs
- Maintain E-Maintenance
- Prepare requisitions & submit for signatures
- Input requisitions into AS400
- Print out reports & po’s from AS400
- Match up po’s and requisitions for accounts payable
- Receive items into AS400
- Check in drivers
- Prepare FedEx and UPS shipments
- Effectively communicate with all levels of employees
- Work safely
- Participate, as requested, on plant or company project teams
- Maintain Safe Working Environment
- Maintain Housekeeping and Orderliness
- Performs other job-related duties as required or assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
- Computer skills, e-mail, Word and Excel
- Data entry skills
- Customer Service skills – phone & in person
- Must be available to work any shift
- Understands SQF and SQF responsibilities as assigned
- Must be able to work independently
- Function well within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills are essential
- While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, push, pull, twist, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and maybe be required to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- The employee may be required to lift and / or move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus
- The employee may be exposed to a wide range of temperatures
- The employee may be exposed to loud machinery
- Effective written and oral communication skills
