Job DescriptionPOSITION: Porter/Groundskeeper
LOCATION: Heatherton Apartments
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently maintain the physical appearance of the apartment community
- Walk the grounds and common areas removing litter and debris from grounds, parking areas, sidewalks, and amenities
- Duties may include the use of a power washer and cleaning or vacuuming pool
- Participate in other tasks and activities as assigned including some minor maintenance
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Requirements:
- Experience in custodial including exterior grounds pickup and common area amenities, apartment community experience preferred.
- Ability to work part-time schedule of 24 hours per week
