We're partnering with an established manufacturing facility in Pasco to find an experienced, hands-on Licensed Industrial Electrician who knows their way around industrial electrical systems, production equipment, and a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

\n


\n

This isn't residential wiring or commercial construction. We're looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, diagnosing electrical failures, and keeping production lines running safely and efficiently.

\n

What You'll Be Doing

\n


\n

    \n
  • Electrical Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems, production machinery, motors, and controls.
  • \n

  • Manufacturing Equipment: Support conveyors, packaging lines, pumps, mixers, processing equipment, refrigeration systems, and automated machinery.
  • \n

  • Motor Controls & Power Distribution: Troubleshoot motor starters, contactors, relays, variable frequency drives (VFDs), electrical panels, and three-phase electrical systems.
  • \n

  • PLCs & Automation: Troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs), sensors, switches, instrumentation, and automated production systems.
  • \n

  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform electrical inspections, scheduled maintenance, repairs, and equipment upgrades to minimize downtime.
  • \n

  • Installation & Upgrades: Install and modify electrical equipment, wiring, control panels, and production machinery.
  • \n

  • Safety & Compliance: Follow OSHA, National Electrical Code (NEC), lockout/tagout (LOTO), and facility safety requirements.
  • \n

  • Production Support: Work alongside maintenance technicians, engineers, and production teams to identify equipment problems and restore operations quickly.
  • \n

What We're Looking For

\n


\n

    \n
  • Active Washington State Journeyman Electrician License (EL01) or an appropriate Washington electrical license qualifying the individual for the assigned industrial electrical work.
  • \n

  • Hands-on industrial electrical maintenance experience, preferably in food, beverage, agricultural, or manufacturing facilities.
  • \n

  • Strong troubleshooting experience with three-phase power, motors, motor controls, VFDs, relays, and electrical distribution systems.
  • \n

  • Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting, industrial automation, control circuits, and production equipment.
  • \n

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • \n

  • Experience with preventive maintenance, electrical installations, and emergency repairs.
  • \n

  • Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to safety, and the ability to troubleshoot independently.
  • \n

  • Ability to work in a production environment, including varying temperatures, noise levels, and occasional overtime.
  • \n

Additional experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, HMI systems, industrial instrumentation, or automated packaging equipment is a plus!
