Career Strategies is hiring for apartment communities in Clairemont, Ca and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying busy, and being part of a team that keeps occupancy strong!
What You’ll Actually Be Doing:·
- Conduct community and apartment tours, highlighting features and benefits
- Lease apartments and prepare lease documentation
- Process applications and accurately track traffic and guest cards
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing
- Maintain positive relationships with residents and vendors
- Support the onsite management team as needed
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Apartment leasing experience required
- Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience required
- Yardi and similar property management software experience required
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- High energy, professional, reliable, and motivated
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends
