Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Mindful Walkway Counseling & Wellness Center, you will:

- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Monitor child and family progress, adapting interventions based on observations and outcomes.
- Provide essential emotional support and educational resources to families, empowering them to enhance their child's development.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to ensure effective service delivery.
- Foster rapport and trust with children and their families to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Stay compliant with all federal and state regulations and standards to ensure the safety and well-being of the families we serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
Our primary focus is on young children, specifically those between the ages of birth and three years, who require support due to disabilities or developmental delays. By implementing targeted early intervention strategies, our LCSWs play a crucial role in helping these children develop essential physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills. We also work closely with families to provide them with the tools and knowledge necessary for fostering their child’s growth.
Qualifications\n
The ideal candidate for this position will have:

- A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
- Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) recognized by the Department of Public Health.
- A valid driver’s license.
