We're seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician. This position focuses primarily on general building maintenance and upkeep.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine building maintenance including painting, minor plumbing repairs, and basic electrical work
• Handle minor construction projects and facility repairs
• Assist with welding equipment maintenance (training provided)
• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure facility is in good working order

Qualifications:

• Experience with general building maintenance and repairs
• Knowledge of painting, plumbing, minor construction, and electrical basics
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Welding equipment experience is a plus but not required—we'll provide training
