We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our busy service station. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a key retail location, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the gas station, including fuel sales, convenience store management, and maintenance
- Lead, motivate, and supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels for the convenience store
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, and implement strategies for growth
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase sales
- Conduct staff training and development to maintain high service standards
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the premises

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional management or business certifications are a plus
