Job Description
Responsible for the operations of Cage and Credit during their assigned shift to include
effective scheduling, completion of all necessary accountability/compliance duties,
paperwork, and to ensure effective service and coordination.
- Constantly schedules, coaches, and evaluates Main Cage, Banks, and Booths for optimum performance & service.
- Constantly ensures proper and effective accountability of funds during the shift.
- Frequently completes required accountability and compliance paperwork for the shift.
- Frequently coordinates with shift managers/supervisors of other departments to ensure timely, courteous service.
- Constantly promotes outstanding guest service and resolves guest related issues.
- Constantly performs credit/check-cashing duties within the scope of his/her authorized levels.
- Occasionally assigned other duties by the Cage/Credit Manager
Qualifications
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Strong organizational, analytical skills and attention to detail required.
- Previous Cage, Credit, and Collection experience required.
- Previous Supervisor/Management skills preferred.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
- Extensive computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite required.
- PC and data entry experience required.
- Ability to comprehend simple written and verbal instructions
- Basic mathematical skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to carry, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds
