We are seeking a dedicated FULL TIME Production Stage Associate to join our team in Brunswick, OH.
In this role, you will perform accurate weigh outs of ingredients for production batches, regularly lift and handle 50 pounds of ingredients, and work to ensure safe and quality food production to meet food safety standards, company quality standards, and customer delivery requirements

How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Maintain and organize the production staging room area and ingredients
- Accurately weigh out ingredients for production batches
- Organize and build pallets for production batches
- Maintain accurate documentation of ingredient lot numbers and amounts on batch sheets
- Ensure inventory is maintained and strictly controlled utilizing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to make product changes and moves
- Follow proper rotation of all ingredients (First In, First Out - FIFO)
- Handle daily sanitation of production staging room and utensils used
- Remove waste from warehouse, production staging room, and any other areas as needed
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Manufacturing (specifically food manufacturing) experience preferred
- Ability to pass and maintain a forklift certificate as required by OSHA
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety manuals, operating and maintenance instructions
- Ability to perform accurate weigh outs, and basic math as it relates to production
- Adaptable to schedule changes to meet customer demand
- Safety awareness
- Good and timely attendance
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 110 lbs. and pull/push up to 2,000 lbs. with a pallet jack
