Compensation:
$100,000 at plan commission
Responsibilities:
- Acquire the necessary skills to offer exceptional service and valuable support to clients in Greenville, SC, US
- Engage in daily outreach to company leads and personal contacts to explore new business opportunities
- Foster relationships to establish a pipeline of upcoming real estate transactions in the local market
- Supervise the entire process of real estate deals from beginning to end
- Continuously assess performance and key business metrics to drive success
- Conduct consultations with potential buyers, deliver compelling listing presentations, showcase properties, and host open houses
- Assist clients through every phase of the home buying or selling process with care and expertise
- Handle all documentation needed for legal property transactions to ensure a smooth experience for clients
- Act as a strong advocate for clients, representing their best interests in negotiations with other parties
- Skillfully negotiate favorable terms that align with the client's objectives
- Pursue continuous learning opportunities to enhance the value provided to clients
- Utilize established relationships with brokerage partners to benefit clients in the Greenville, SC real estate market
Qualifications:
- The candidate must commit to working full-time, dedicating a minimum of 40 hours per week to the role
- A High School Diploma is a mandatory requirement, with a preference for candidates holding a College Degree
- Within 90 days of employment, the candidate must either possess a Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one
- Having reliable transportation is crucial for successfully fulfilling the responsibilities of this position
- A competitive mindset focused on achieving a high income is essential for the role
- The candidate should thrive in a structured work environment, be open to coaching and accountability, and possess excellent time management skills
