SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Produce redlines and update 2D and 3D drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Assist with basic layout development, drawing markups, and updating project schedules.
  • Learn and apply BIM standards, including model structure protocols and version control.
  • Participate in coordination meetings with design teams and support interdisciplinary communication.
  • Contribute to internal QA/QC efforts by helping review and track drawing revisions.
  • Maintain organized drawing files and assist in document preparation for review and submission.
  • Continuously build technical skills through mentorship, peer feedback, and hands-on project exposure.
  • Observe and learn from cross-functional teams to understand design coordination and construction feasibility.
  • Support the team in identifying and resolving inconsistencies in design documentation.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be able to travel and reside in Taiwan for 3–6 months to complete deployment training without visa restrictions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (including internships, co-ops, or project work).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • Foundational knowledge of design principles, building systems, and construction workflows.
  • Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD; willingness to learn Navisworks and other BIM coordination tools.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings with guidance; detail-oriented and organized in documentation.


PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous exposure to construction sites, plumbing systems, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with clash detection or BIM coordination practices.
  • Familiarity with local building codes or international design standards.
  • Interest in pursuing a long-term career in design and construction engineering.


The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break each day. Please note that this schedule is flexible and may be subject to change based on the employee and employer’s needs.
