• Collaborate with program management and product teams to align engineering execution with schedules, cost targets, and product requirements.

• Act as a technical interface with global teams and stakeholders.

4.PCB Design, Validation & Reliability

• Oversee schematic design, PCB layout reviews, and design verification for power hardware.

• Ensure effective hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation using lab equipment (oscilloscope, power analyzer, etc.).

• Drive compliance with safety, regulatory, EMI/EMC, reliability, and environmental testing requirements.

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for hardware-related issues during development and production.

5.Process, Documentation & Technical Strategy

• Establish and improve engineering processes, design standards, and best practices.

• Ensure high-quality documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and design reviews.

• Stay current with power electronics industry trends, energy efficiency technologies, and renewable energy applications to support long-term technical strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  2. 8+ years of experience in power electronics or high-power hardware design, with prior technical leadership or management experience strongly preferred.
  3. Strong expertise in power electronics, high-voltage systems, and control hardware.
  4. Proven experience with PCB design, schematic capture, and hardware validation.
  5. Solid understanding of hardware interfaces supporting firmware and software integration (control signals, sensing, communication interfaces).
  6. Hands-on experience with debugging, validation, and failure analysis.
  7. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced development environment.
