What's your day like?

As a QA Coaching Specialist at RTO National, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve conducting regular quality monitoring and auditing of calls, emails, and SMS interactions to ensure that all customer interactions meet our company's standards for professionalism, accuracy, and compliance. You will coach and train team members, providing constructive feedback to foster their professional development while ensuring adherence to industry standards. Regular collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential, as you’ll implement strategies to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

You will analyze metrics and reports to evaluate team performance, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
