Job Description Match Staffing has partnered with a family-owned company in Spartanburg. They are looking for a batcher mixer. This is a temp to perm position Monday - Thursday 6am to 4:30pm. Please submit your resume to be considered for this position. Job Skills Required:
- Ability to stand for an entire shift
- Ensure established housekeeping standards are met in work area
- Ensure a safe working environment by following safety procedures
- Ability to communicate in a positive manner
- Ability to follow specific instructions correctly
- Must be flexible in terms of duties, overtime, etc…
- Must be able to consistently lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be comfortable with basic computer functions including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
- Must be able to score an 80 or above on the Compounding/Batcher test in order to be considered
Job Duties:
- Initiate completion of designated production schedule as assigned by supervisor
- Identify and locate materials needed to complete an assigned work order
- Accurately fill and record the materials used to finish a work order
- Follow cleaning procedures necessary to maintain fragrance consistency
- Complete paperwork required for submission of fragrance/vermiculite samples
- Notify supervisor of any issues related to completion of a work order
- Support day to day tasks of Mixing/Compounding team leader as required
- Fulfill any other responsibilities given by supervisor
Pay Rate is $17-$20 per hour.
