• Compensation: Highly Competitive Hourly Pay: $24 - $47 per hour (Based on Certifications, Experience, and Production).

  • Equivalent Annual Earning Potential: $55,000 - $100,000

• Production Expectation: Consistent weekly production hours of 42.5 - 50 hours are expected, reflecting a commitment to high output and efficiency.

Your Role: Mastery & Impact

You will be joining a team known for diagnostic expertise, working in a fast-paced, secure, and supportive environment.

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM).

• Core Responsibilities: This role demands vary depending on current skill level but may include the following:

  • Engine Performance & Major Component Replacement (e.g., Timing Belts, Cylinder Heads)

  • Transmission, Driveline, and Clutch Systems

  • General Maintenance and Procedural look-ups

  • Steering, Suspension, and Advanced HVAC Systems

  • Advanced Electrical System Diagnosis and Repair

• Diagnostic Excellence: You are expected to employ a logical, documented cause-and-effect methodology for all repair recommendations. Collaboration with Service Advisors is essential to communicate complex issues clearly.

• Professional Growth: Collaborate daily with fellow elite technicians, sharing knowledge and mastering new techniques in a continuously evolving industry.

What We Require: Driven & Dedicated Professionals

We are seeking professionals who are committed to continuous improvement and high-level productivity.

• Experience: 2-10+ years of professional, hands-on Automotive Technician experience.

• Certifications (Required): Valid Driver's License and Michigan State Certifications (Minimum 3 core competencies required; 8 certifications strongly preferred).

• Commitment to Excellence (Preferred): ASE Certifications are preferred. All new hires are expected to actively pursue and achieve additional ASE certifications to maintain their expertise.

• Tooling: Must possess the ability to understand diagnostic tools and equipment necessary to perform advanced functions at this skill level.
